Through our initial meetings with the client, the requirements were outlined in a proposal in February 2007 and the construction of the development was completed in the summer of 2008. The requirements included;
- 12,000 square feet of multi-purpose building
- A bright, naturally lit two story showroom
- Second floor offices with direct visibility to the showroom area
- Main floor order desk / customer pick up / drop off administration
- A jib crane at the loading dock to facilitate loading and unloading of construction equipment rentals
- A yard to support storage of equipment
- Service bays to maintain and repair rental equipment including was facilities
- A special functions balcony above the loading doors to protect the loading areas from inclement weather and to host outdoor special events area off the lunchroom “strong enough to support a loader with a bucket full of ice and beer”
