- Spacemakers prepared several conceptual plans, including a couple multitenant models, a fabrication model and a single use service model.
- The client and their realtor approached Spacemakers regarding the site, location and Design-Build services.
- The client requirements were gathered, and a preliminary design and budget were developed.
- The client had specific expectations regarding the quality of the building, and opted for reinforced insulated precast concrete for the warehouse, with insulated panel accents.
- The office exterior incorporated a compliment of commercial glazing, architectural metal panels, and an abundant amount of masonry to set the Architectural presence of the building on a corner lot.
- The yard was developed to support the client’s requirements for secure yard storage.
- The office was developed with demountable partitions, providing endless flexibility to reconfigure the space to suit the business requirements. The office improvements were specifically designed and assembled to satisfy the client’s expectations for quality.
